Because many of our items are made‑to‑order, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days of receipt if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us evaluate the issue, please include:

- Clear photos of the issue
Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are non‑returnable:
- Made‑to‑order or custom items
- Items without damage or fulfillment errors
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds and Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will issue either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds, if approved, will be processed promptly. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Disclaimer
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.
